Our Corporate Chaplain can help your staff by giving them a safe outlet for their stress and struggles, and by helping them to overcome challenging work and home-life situations. We provide support through listening and compassionate care and support. We come alongside staff to help decrease turnover and increase morale.
FIRST RESPONDER SUPPORT
Behind-the-scenes, our Chaplains can meet one on one with your team members who might need to debrief after a challenging and emotional incident, or even those struggling outside of work. We offer hope, strength, and guidance to overcome difficult times.
HOSPITAL VISITS
Hospitalizaiton can be a time of great stress for the patient and their family members. Our caring team members are available for hospital visits to minister to those in need of comfort and prayer.

Our ICA Chaplain began coming to our locations in 2023. At first the team was a little shy. They eventually warmed up to her, and as time passed, more and more people began reaching out to her and seeking her out to have someone to talk to about what is going on in their lives. Team members that don’t speak English have reached out, and even without speaking Spanish, our Chaplain made adjustments to be able to hear and understand. Our Chaplain has been there for each and every one of the team as a person who listen and cares. Having her at our locations has helped our team dynamic in a positive way and we look forward to having her be there for us for as long as possible.
