CHAPLAIN APPLICATION WITH IDAHO CHAPLAINS ASSOCIATION / CHRISTIAN CHAPLAINS AND COACHING

 

We are pleased you are interested in Chaplaincy with our organizations. Please be sure you are in complete agreement with our Statement of Faith, Code of Conduct, and Vision/Mission for Idaho Chaplains Association (ICA) and Christian Chaplains and Coaching (CC&C). To begin the process, complete and submit your information below to start an application. An application fee of $100 will be payable on the ICA Training Classes page.  This fee must be paid before the vetting and background checks can begin.

 

Once you submit all the documents, complete your Chaplain interview with both the ICA and CC&C, and receive approval, you will then proceed with taking the two required online courses: The Basics of Chaplaincy and Christian Counseling for Grief. This coursework is an additional $250; the total cost of becoming a Chaplain is $350 (Application and Course fees). The ICA supervises these two online courses. Additionally, after completing these online courses, there are pro-rated dues for the current year and annual dues of $100 (if paid through the ICA) payable in December to maintain your membership and endorsement.
